Kenshō superyacht / 2022

Kenshō is a superyacht by The Italian Sea group, interior design by Jouin Manku, which won the award of motor yacht of the year in 2023.

In 2022, at sea in its shipyard of Carrara (Italy), Axel Sanson painted the teck panels of four rooms, on the four decks oh the ship. The paintings are a vertical cycle of the evolution of mankind, from the bottom of the ocean where life appeared, to the age of myth and conquest (Ulysses) and to the sky of spiritual elevation.
